Plain-language summary of how Jixxeo Notes treats your data and rewards.

No advertising

Jixxeo Notes shows no ads to anyone, free or paid. We don't use advertising networks or ad SDKs, and no reward depends on viewing ads.

Your notes are private

Notes are private by default. Only you can read them, unless you make a note public: then any signed-in Jixxeo member with the link can read it. Jixxeo administrators can access all notes for moderation, safety and support. Every time an admin opens or deletes a member's note, it is recorded in an audit log. We never sell your notes or use them for public content. When you use Jixxeo AI, the text you choose is sent to our AI provider to generate a response, and nothing else.

Offline storage

To work offline, your notes are stored on your device. Logging out clears them from that device after syncing.

Rewards are optional and limited

Monetary rewards are turned off by default and are only active when the Jixxeo team enables specific activities. Each activity has daily limits and overall caps. Rewards are first held as pending for verification. Spam, duplicate accounts, self-referrals and automated activity are not eligible and may be reversed.

Privacy of balances

Your wallet shows progress toward a cash-out as a percentage. Exact amounts are only visible to authorized administrators, who use them to process payouts and prevent fraud.

Cash-outs

The minimum cash-out is $5.00. A $0.10 processing fee applies to each completed cash-out and is deducted from the payout. Every request is reviewed by an administrator and may be approved, rejected or completed. If a request is rejected or canceled, the reserved funds return to your wallet. Payout delivery is not automated yet.

XP, badges and garden

XP, levels, badges, the Note Garden and your pet are for fun. They are not money and can't be exchanged for cash.

Jixxeo AI limits

AI usage costs us money, so each plan has daily and monthly limits. We don't promise unlimited free AI. AI responses can be wrong; please review them before using.

Tips and Jixxeo Plus

Tips are optional one-time payments that help keep Jixxeo Notes ad-free. They don't unlock features and are separate from wallet rewards. Jixxeo Plus is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel; after canceling you keep Plus until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
